Former MudLabs, LLC now NPTLabs and WaterLabs, LLC–Houston, TX 
Chief Operating Officer/General Manager 2013 - Present 
COO of Digital Oil Field Service Company. MudLabs specializes in a patented process/method for the optimizing drilling fluid using Particle Size Measurement and Analysis to increase the efficiency of solids control equipment for the removal of low gravity solids (drilling cuttings). This patented process replaces forty-year-old technology for management of the drilling fluid and solids control equipment on a drilling rig and has proved to reduce drilling time up to 10% but also reduces dilution, barite and solids removal cost each by 25%. Currently deploying mobile laboratories to onshore drilling rig sites and initiating a DOF project to place this technology on offshore drilling rigs. US Patent # 8,812,236. 

ENER-NET - Houston, TX 
President - 2005-2013
Serve in senior executive positions with client companies in the oil and gas industry to provide start-up and turnaround leadership. Lead cross-functional teams and establish strategies to achieve complex objectives, such as: 
• Mentor - Successful Mentor to two Digital Oil Field software startup companies with significant potential to impact the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. One is a Cybersecurity company consulting to a large service industry company and the second a Digital Oil Field company providing oil and gas information to E&P upstream companies.  
• International Oil & Gas Company – Interface Manager for Project Management system that enabled firm to manage $1 billion offshore foreign deep-water FPSO project covering four major international companies supplying engineering and equipment to the project.      
• Advisor International Company provided the business expertise to enable a large Canadian Shipyard to successful re-negotiate and recover $90MM of $100MM of denied change orders from a Major International Exploration and Development company in Canada. 
• International Oil & Gas Company – Provided the operational guidance and leadership that assisted the company in navigating and prioritizing return-to-production efforts following $300 million-plus in damage resulting from Hurricane Katrina. 
Endeavor ( Former Holland & Davis ) - Houston, TX 
Managing Director - 1998-2004
Key Role: Executive Consultant, Energy and Financial Companies 
Provided expert-level Digital Oilfield leadership and management to upstream exploration companies, with primary objective of converging oilfield technologies, IT enablers, and work practices to manage assets through full lifecycles. Additionally, served in leadership roles with companies in financial services and oil-gas industries.  
• Directed program-project-technical migration of contract management system to Microsoft.NET architecture for financial services firm. Additionally, led major upgrade of Lawson financial-accounting system and successful outsourcing of HR functions to Ceridian. 
• Orchestrated 180-degree turnaround for a large oil pipeline refining company that delivered oil to service stations nationwide. Supported deployment architecture for enterprise-wide Intranet Information Portal serving 2,000 users; managed upgrade for entire LAN/WAN to support SAP accounting system. 
• Took over two failed national network implementations and completed both on time for development of a financial, HR, marketing system and the second a SAP system for an energy company.   
• Drove highly successful, C-level turnaround leadership for $50 million client-server project supporting network of over 400 nodes/locations, holding full responsibility for project to include hiring, budgeting, and equipment procurement. Achieved several turnaround goals that included: 
- Connected entire software development/interaction process to the user community; 
- Oversaw development of operating system for deployment to over 400 field locations; - Restructured reporting database architecture to generate timely, accurate reports.

Managed oil and gas nominations and accounting functions; coordinated final movement and disposition of sold/produced hydrocarbon volumes with marketing and accounting teams. As Director of Engineering, oversaw engineering, exploration, planning, and management for $350 million Exploration & Development program. Established and drove strategies for engineering and management of 2 companies generating $100 million+ in net income. Coordinated gas supply/transportation and participated in geological/engineering technical reviews. Consolidated Natural Gas, continued ACHIEVEMENTS: 
• Improved oil and gas profits 10%* by establishing results-based management system that directed planning and coordination of all oil and gas production, construction, pipeline, engineering, and operational functions. 
• Enabled company to increase its gas market share 5%* through integrating daily MIS oil and gas production system with accounting/marketing system to provide improved information on availability of delivery for oil and gas sales volumes to company traders. 
• Implemented Total Quality Management programs that led to 15% reduction in production/ construction costs and near-elimination of lost-time accidents (near-zero totals) through innovative programs. 
• Recognized for leading corporate acquisition activities, including the successful acquisition of 3 onshore companies (including $170 million-plus operation).  
• Spearheaded efforts in developing, directing, and assisting in the management of a $300 million oil and gas exploration, production, and construction program. 
 * Prior position as Chief Engineer for all aspects of production and reservoir engineering involving 300 MM CF/D and 10M BOPD, supervising 5 engineers and 8 technical team members.
